Golang Job: Software Engineers - Python, Golang, Cloud - Start

We are recruiting talented Software Engineers at all levels for disruptive technology start-up base in Cambridge which is headed by a team by ex-Engineers from companies that are well known in the tech sector. They kicked off earlier this year and currently have a team of 8 software engineers, all now based in Cambridge. They're developing a product to challenge and disrupt the world of hybrid collaboration, taking video communication and unified communication into the world of the hybrid workforce.

We are now recruiting 5 more software engineers, to be followed in the not-too-distant future with DevOps and QA engineers. But the immediate priority is to find 5 software engineers, from Grad to Senior level to join as founding engineers. The stack is Go/Kotlin, Docker, CI/CD focussed but essentially we are after the usual best-of-breed software engineers. Given the start-up/stealth nature, we are looking for engineers to be based in Cambridge or at least be able to go to the office at least 80% of the time, with obvious degrees of flexibility. Salaries on offer will be between £45k and £100k with very attractive stock options and good benefits.
